09/19/08 - The Woodbury-Hoggard House, home to WilmingtonForSale.com (http://www.wilmingtonforsale.com), will be featured as part of the Lower Cape Fear Historical Society’s fifth annual Secret Garden Tour on Friday and Saturday September 19th & 20th from 10AM to 4PM.

The Secret Garden Tour features a special selection of private gardens in Old Wilmington, many of which have never before been open to the public. Most of the gardens are in easy strolling distance within the historic district, bordered by the Cape Fear River.

Tickets are $18.00 and may be purchased during regular business hours at the following businesses: Latimer House, The Transplanted Garden, Barnes and Noble, Lou's Flower Patch, Curb Appeal in Southport, and The House of Wine and Cheese in Leland. Back this year, order a special Garden Tour Bag Lunch for just $6.00. Enjoy lunch in Tabitha's Tea Room or in the Latimer House Gardens. Choice of Pimento Cheese or Chicken Salad sandwiches will be served with chips, a cookie, and iced tea or lemonade. Lunch will be supplied by Jester's Java and will be served between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
